Power Platform 4 wk Proof of Concept

The project consist of the following phases:

KICK-OFF Agreeing on the scope Participants and schedule Skill level of participants Licences and Sulava access to Microsoft 365

WORKSHOP Briefing the customer about possibilities of Power Platform Ideating and prioritizing the processes to be digitalized with Power Platform Agreeing on the scope of PoC and how to proceed

BUILDING THE POC Sulava builds the PoC iteratively asking feedback from the client

WORKSHOP Demonstrating the PoC Discussing on how to take the PoC to production and how to proceed with other ideas

ROADMAP Sulava created a documentation (roadmap) about the plan on how to create other business apps with Power Platform

As a result, the client will have the following deliverables:

• Proof of Concept (PoC) of selected application implemented with Power Platform with real customer data / process
• Roadmap for taking the PoC to production and prioritization of other business application ideas
