Microsoft 365 Copilot Fast Deploy: 4 weeks

This offer refers to the accelerated deployment of Microsoft 365 Copilot within a 4-week period directly with users in the business areas.

The activities performed are distributed across 5 delivery blocks that meet the technical and operational requirements for the use of Microsoft 365 Copilot acquired by the client:

a) Initial Steps and Accelerator Key Users Trainning: The process begins with leveling workshops to align participants' knowledge, followed by detailed mapping of AI usage (including internal uses and shadow IT). The preparation of a Key Users group drives adoption, supported by the creation of channels and communication flows for continuous engagement during and post-implementation.

b) Framework and Adoption Journey: Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption method follows a structured framework that includes leveling workshops, AI usage mapping, selection of viable areas, ROI study by business area, creation of communities and communication channels, ideation sessions, initiative prioritization, RAG and repository development, database adjustments, and integration with existing frontends.

c) Ideation Sessions, Prioritization, and RAG preparation: Design Thinking Ideation sessions focused on the demands of each customer area are aligned with specific needs, initiatives prioritized with clear definitions of assumptions and KPIs for technology monitoring.

d) Repositories and Agile Execution: Databases and labels are tailored according to the customer area and user to ensure information quality and relevance. Agile execution is adopted for rapid and iterative customer deliveries, enabling adaptations based on feedback and continuous learning, which is also recorded for future improvement.

e) ROI analysis by business area: Evaluate the potential gains from adopting Microsoft 365 Copilot in each business area before implementation and calculate the gains after implementation using a specialized tool, in addition to implementing governance tools related to user utilization.

These steps will be implemented over 4 weeks, ensuring that users have learned and adopted techniques and tools to expedite the adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, maximizing potential gains in the meantime and facilitating continuous self-improvement after the journey ends.
