✔ Infrastructure Discovery & Assessment We deploy Azure Migrate into your environment to automatically discover every physical server, virtual machine, and their resource utilisation. You receive a full inventory report with rightsizing recommendations and a 3-year cost comparison showing exactly what Azure will save you compared to staying on-premises.
✔ Azure Landing Zone Design & Build Your Azure environment is designed and built to Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework standards before a single workload moves. This includes virtual network architecture, subnet design, resource groups, governance policies, and security baselines, the right foundation for everything that follows.
✔ Wave-Based Server Migration Servers and virtual machines are migrated in controlled waves using Azure Migrate Server Migration. We start with low-risk workloads, prove the methodology, and progressively move to more critical systems. Your existing servers remain live and operational until we confirm Azure is ready to take over.
✔ Identity & Access Configuration Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) configured and synchronised with your existing on-premises directory. Role-based access control applied across all migrated resources so the right people have the right access from day one.
✔ Cutover Management & Hypercare Our engineers manage every cutover window, typically scheduled during low-traffic periods. Dedicated hypercare support provided for a minimum of 72 hours post go-live, with active monitoring and rapid response for any issues that surface under real business conditions.
✔ Post-Migration Optimisation Within 30 days of go-live we right-size all virtual machines based on actual utilisation, configure Azure Cost Management budgets and alerts, validate backup policies, and deliver a written post-migration optimisation report.
