Managers have access to advanced tools to create and manage office spaces and desks, restrict access to specific groups, manage availability, book on behalf of external guests, export attendance data, and view detailed reports on space usage.

The solution integrates directly with Microsoft Teams and relies on Power Platform technologies (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse for Teams, SharePoint), ensuring security, scalability, and compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards.
