Over an 8–10 week engagement, our Forward Deployed Engineering team works alongside your people to define a priority workflow, implement a minimum viable agent platform based on our reference Azure architecture, and deliver working agents integrated into your existing systems and data. The focus is on proving the business case through action, not experimentation alone.

Agentic Fast Start applies a proven platform pattern, putting the essential controls in place from day one. This includes access and identity management, observability, cost controls, guardrails, orchestration, evaluation and an agent registry. This ensures agents are production‑ready, secure and operable, rather than stranded in unsupported environments.
