Lodging management :

• Accommodation requests : Management of incoming requests, eligibility criteria and waiting lists.
• Availability management: Monitoring and managing bed and room availability.
• Resident registration: Management of resident admissions and departures, including personal and statistical information.
• Stay planning: Organization of stays, including duration and associated services.
• Activity reports: Generate reports on occupancy rates, length of stay and statistical portrait of residents.
• Discharge tracking: Record and track residents' discharges, including reasons for discharge and periods of absence.

External services management :

• Service requests: Centralization of requests, evaluation of eligibility criteria and management of waiting lists.
• Follow-up management: Detailed follow-up of interventions with beneficiaries.
• Activity reports: Generate reports on monitoring activities, programs and statistics on people monitored.
• Appointment management: Schedule, cancel and reschedule appointments.
