It dives into the documents with you, scanning every page to find the fine print that can make or break your bid. It's not just a search tool; it's a second set of eyes that helps you pinpoint critical specifications and requirements before you even start the estimating process. It extracts and organizes a clear, simple list of all the materials, products and processes referenced, highlighting any specific brands or manufacturer requests you absolutely can't miss.

With your bidding assistant, you can be confident that your estimate is built on a solid foundation, free from the kind of hidden details that lead to change orders and lost profits. Your final proposal will be accurate, transparent, and ready to go.

By design, Estomation Assistant does not have direct access to the Internet. It will only work with the documents found in the Libraries you have given it access to. This ensures your information remains private, and you have complete control over the data it can draw from so you will not find surprises. It does learn from your previous estimates, if you give it access to them. If some information is not available, you must download it by hand and allow Specs Assistant to review and index it before moving forward. Currently, Estimation Assistant works with specific divisions: all of Division 4 and certain sections of Divisions 7 and 9 that relate to Masonry.
