Momentum AI - AI Capability and Coaching Program
Rmkble
Service Overview
Data and AI transformation is fast becoming an expectation from leaders, people, and customers. Yet simply providing access to AI productivity tools is rarely enough. Without structured guidance, consistent capability building, and a safe environment to experiment and learn, adoption stalls and value goes unrealised.
AI Momentum is Rmkble's structured, people-led program designed to help organisations unlock real and lasting value from their Microsoft AI investments — starting where it matters most: your people and their everyday work.
Rmkble works alongside your team to build genuine AI confidence and practical fluency across the Microsoft AI suite — including Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, and Azure OpenAI Service. Through a blend of foundation learning, targeted coaching, and a culminating showcase event, participants develop the capability to use AI safely, responsibly, and effectively in their day-to-day roles.
True AI adoption goes beyond access to tools. AI Momentum helps your teams build the deeper understanding needed to spot patterns, identify opportunities, and surface a pipeline of high-value use cases — spanning productivity automation through to Azure AI-powered solutions — ready to inform your organisation's next stage of AI investment.
The program is delivered in cohorts of up to 10 participants, with sessions tailored to your organisational context, industry, and the Microsoft and Azure AI tools approved for use within your business.
Common Client Challenges
- Microsoft and Azure AI tools are available but teams are not using them effectively or confidently
- No structured program to build consistent AI capability across the workforce
- Leaders uncertain how to introduce and sustain responsible AI adoption across Microsoft and Azure platforms
- Difficulty measuring the value and progress of AI capability uplift across the organisation
- Risk of inconsistent or ungoverned AI use without a guided, structured adoption program
How It Works
AI Momentum follows a four-stage delivery model across the program period:
1. Assess
Kick-off, context setting, and baseline measurement of AI confidence and capability across your team — including current use of Microsoft Copilot and Azure AI tooling.
2. Foundations
Interactive, conversational AI foundation sessions that build shared understanding of Microsoft and Azure AI capabilities, responsible use, and practical application in participants' roles.
3. Coaching and Discovery
1-on-1 and small group coaching by business function — helping participants apply Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, and related tools to their real work, while surfacing high-value use case opportunities.
4. Showcase and Embed
A participant showcase event to demonstrate outcomes, validate discovered use cases, and hand over a prioritised backlog of AI opportunities.
Example Program Schedule (9-week delivery):
- Week 1 – Assess and Kick-off,
- Weeks 2–3 – Foundational learning
- Weeks 4–8 – Coaching
- Week 9 – Showcase
Pricing Drivers
Pricing is per cohort of up to 10 participants. Additional cohorts can be engaged at the same per-cohort investment. Pricing does not include Microsoft Copilot or Azure AI licensing, which participants will require.
