National System of e-Invoices (KSeF) The National System of e-Invoices is a platform for issuing and receiving invoices electronically.

E-invoice format A structured invoice uses XML format compliant with the FA(1) logical structure published in the Central Repository of Electronic Document Templates (CRWDE) on the ePUAP platform.

Retcon e-Invoicing for Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 The solution supports sending all posted sales invoices in the system: • Free text invoices • Sales order invoices • Prepayment invoices • Corrective invoices • Project invoices

The solution also supports downloading purchase invoices from KSeF.

KSeF – sales processing • A posted invoice is sent to the National e-Invoice System • The KSeF invoice number is stored in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 • The XML file of each sent invoice can be opened in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 • Invoice compliance with the KSeF XSD schema is validated

KSeF – purchase processing • Purchase invoices are downloaded from the National e-Invoice System • The KSeF invoice number is stored in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 • The XML file of each downloaded invoice can be opened in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012
