It includes continuous monitoring, configuration management, security baseline enforcement, automated and expert-led remediation, operational reporting, service reviews, governance support and service-level-backed assistance. This pathway helps organisations reduce operational overhead, identify issues earlier, improve Microsoft 365 reliability and maintain a more secure and consistently managed environment. Strategic Co-Creation Strategic Co-Creation is designed for enterprises requiring advanced governance, compliance, Microsoft Copilot readiness and broader digital transformation support. It includes the capabilities provided under Advanced Transformation, together with executive reporting, advanced governance frameworks, AI governance, permissions and data exposure reviews, strategic advisory, change enablement, technical programme support and jointly developed Microsoft 365 and AI transformation roadmaps.
