Creditworthiness or late payments for customer invoices must be checked before shipment to minimize financial risks. If setup in the Sales & Receivables setup, CS Delivery Plans will perform the credit check and ask for authorization on the delivery worksheet automatically.
Users can be individually authorized to approve shipments for delivery if credit limits exceed or if payments are due. Items can be excluded from allocation if the shipment is not approved by an authorized user.

Warehouse assignments and picking lists are most effective if they are created with a combination of shipment lines from different orders in one document.
