2-Week Cloud Transformation Assessment

The team at Palo IT formulated this offering so that we can help our clients to leverage Azure native services, with or without complimentary software, for our clients to plan a seamless and predictable DevOps implementation and uncover risks and challenges before initiating a DevOps migration or implementation.

The primary objective of the assessment, or discovery, phase is to create a transformation roadmap and align all stakeholders on the best approach. To achieve this we will cover the following areas:

• Current state review • Refine vision statement • Define success & appropriate tracking measures • Establish governance policies • Determine a suitable pilot project

At the end of the assessment we will deliver the following artefacts to our client:

• Learning culture assessment results • DevOps value streams • Operational gaps • Potential roadblocks • Selection of pilot project and team • Timeline and execution plan • Metrics to define successful delivery
