Azure DevOps AD Foundation: 1-Day Workshop (de/en)

In this one-day basic training the participants are enabled to set up and execute projects based on agile methods in Azure DevOps. The training is based on hands-on experience in different forms adapted to the level of knowledge of the customer.

CONTENTS

Basics of the software development cycle:

• Short presentation of the methods for creating a software prototype
• Difference between waterfall and agile project development
• Introduction to Scrum Framework

Azure DevOps as an agile project management tool:

• Setting up the project
• Preparation of the work packages
• Monitoring development

OBJECTIVE

Participants will be introduced to software development and Azure DevOps as a tool for agile project management.
