The Enabling Studio Agent chat dashboard runs inside Teams in a tab, allowing your agents to answer webchat requests from inside the Teams user interface.

The customizable chat request form allows you to define exactly what questions you want a user to fill out before initiating a chat request. A flexible queuing system allows you to route incoming chat requests to the right team every time for the best possible customer experience!
