Methodology and typical timeline

1. Discovery and Assessment (2 weeks): analyze current state, business strategy, and AI capabilities
2. Vision and Strategy (1 week): define challenges, AI vision, and strategic direction
3. Use Case Identification and Prioritization (2 weeks): inventory, evaluate, and prioritize high impact AI use cases
4. AI Initiatives Documentation and Project Charters (2 weeks): create detailed charters and risk considerations for prioritized initiatives
5. Implementation Roadmap (3 weeks): build an actionable roadmap for delivery sequencing and dependencies
6. Operating Model Redesign (2 weeks): update processes and governance to sustain and scale AI

Prerequisites

• Executive sponsor and cross functional stakeholders including business, IT, and security and data
• Business priorities and target success metrics
• Known data sources, constraints, and current state documentation, lightweight input is fine
