Netox MXDR / SOC 24/7 is a Finnish-built Managed Detection and Response service delivering continuous threat monitoring, investigation, response, and ongoing security improvement for organizations operating in Microsoft environments.

The service is designed for mid-market and enterprise organizations, public sector entities, and regulated industries that rely on Microsoft cloud technologies and require 24/7 security operations without building and staffing their own SOC. It is particularly valuable for organizations that have invested in Microsoft security capabilities but lack the internal resources to operate, tune, and continuously improve them.

Netox MDR operates natively within the Microsoft security ecosystem using the customer’s Microsoft environment for logging, analytics, and response. The service provides 24/7/365 monitoring by security analysts supported by automation and AI-driven tooling. It includes incident triage, investigation, containment guidance, coordinated response, structured reporting, and continuous detection and automation development.

A core component of the service is continuous improvement. This includes detection tuning, automation enhancement, ingestion and cost optimization, and structured security posture recommendations. The objective is to reduce attack surface, shorten response times, and strengthen long-term resilience rather than only handling alerts.

Customers must have appropriate Microsoft security licensing and a Microsoft environment capable of supporting centralized logging and monitoring. Delegated access and defined incident contacts are required for service delivery. Microsoft consumption and licensing costs remain the customer’s responsibility. Response actions that may affect business operations are executed according to agreed governance and approval processes.
