•Document the location, lineage, business description, and ownership for each data source under review.

•Select High-Value data assets included in MVP

Design:

•Define Governance Domains, ownership and assign roles

•Design Data Products in support of identified data assets and related policies

•Establish connections between glossary terms and products

•Formulate data classification strategies tailored to different levels within the dataset hierarchy

•Create targeted scanning strategies for each dataset

MVP Implementation:

•Implement Governance Domains, Glossary Terms, Data Products to integrate and operationalize the data governance framework.
