• Engage in demonstrations of how Microsoft 365 Copilot works in your Microsoft 365 Apps
• Evaluate your current Microsoft environment and Security Posture through a Microsoft 365 Copilot governance, security, and compliance overview and assessment
• Drive adoption through a personalised Microsoft 365 Copilot strategy and business scenario discovery session, including identifying key use cases and training Copilot champions

Key components include:

• Data Readiness Assessment:
• Evaluate the quality and organisation of data to ensure it meets the requirements for Copilot.
• Provide recommendations for improving data quality and management practices.

Security and Governance Assessment:

• Conduct a comprehensive security assessment using tools like Block64 and QS Solutions’ Cybersecurity Assessment Tool (CSAT).
• Provide actionable recommendations to enhance security and compliance.

Technical Readiness Validation:

• Assess the technical prerequisites for Copilot deployment, including Microsoft E3 or E5 licenses and other necessary configurations.
• Validate the organisation's technical readiness for Copilot.

Adoption and Training Plan:

• Identify top use cases for Copilot within the organisation.
• Develop a training plan to ensure users are well-equipped to leverage Copilot effectively.
• Identify and train Copilot champions to drive adoption.
