• Enable others to see the value through demos
• Articulate the business outcomes e.g. improved customer experiences of AI

AI Vision Workshop A 1/2 day, structured workshop to identify and develop a business-aligned AI vision and identify the use cases that will deliver the maximum business value. Working with our AI practitioners, we

• Highlight the role AI can play in your organisation and spotlight real-world use cases
• Identify processes and activities in your business that need to be improved
• Ideate scenarios where Microsoft Azure's AI capabilities can be used to address the identified challenges
• Define use cases in detail, including business, technical and ethical perspectives
• Compare and prioritise use cases based on agreed criteria, such as business value and complexity.

Depending on the outcome of our workshop, we will either move on to a deeper strategy assessment to define readiness or move into a PoC or MVP build to showcase value of the technology.
