Insight’s Azure Disaster Recovery Setup Service with Azure Site Recovery is designed and delivered by Insight’s experienced and certified Azure Experts.

Insight will review your current disaster recovery strategy and the options for moving to a cloud-based disaster recovery service with Microsoft’s Azure Site Recovery Service.

As an Azure Expert MSP, Insight has developed a number of services to support with Planning, Building and Managing Azure environments. We have been awarded key Microsoft Specialisations, which include, “Infra and Database Migration to Microsoft Azure”, “Migrate Enterprise Applications to Microsoft Azure”, “Identity & Access Management” and “Cloud Security”.

Insight’s consultancy services have been developed in line with Microsoft’s Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) and will support you with reviewing the complexities of designing and deploying solutions on the Azure platform. Insight’s Azure Disaster Recovery Setup Service with Azure Site Recovery covers designing and deploying a highly available and scalable backup solution for your Azure & on-premises server estate, which meets your data retention and redundancy requirements.

The service will be delivered as a two-way consultative engagement and engineered to deliver the following business outcomes, and strategic objectives: • Technical review of business requirements and strategy for your future-state Azure Disaster Recovery Solution with Azure Site Recovery. • Understand and complete an assessment of your organisation’s server estate and existing backup & disaster recovery services deployed. • Deploy the Azure Site Recovery Deployment Planner Tool to discover and assess in-scope server estate. • Showcase the business value and user experience with utilising Azure Site Recovery. • Design the Azure data replication and recovery plan in line with your business continuity and disaster recovery (BCDR) plan. • Finalise high-level designs for the Azure Disaster Recovery Solution whilst taking into consideration optimisation and cost-effectiveness. • Provide an estimate of the engineering effort for the Azure Disaster Recovery Solution with an estimate of the monthly Azure consumption costs. • Approve the design and deploy the Azure services for the Azure Disaster Recovery Solution. • Complete testing of the Azure Disaster Recovery Solution with test failovers and failback of servers. • Produce deployment documentation and complete handover, as part of a knowledge transfer workshop, with your project stakeholders.
