Avan 365 Power BI Governance Assessment

Our Power BI Governance Audit Service is designed to address the needs of companies at any stage of their Power BI journey, whether they are seasoned users or just beginning. We recognize the challenges these organizations face in organizing, sharing, standardizing processes, and implementing best practices for governance and licensing. Our service aims to collaborate closely with clients to develop a governance model tailored to their specific needs. The primary objective of this project is to evaluate the current state of governance, educate clients on best practices, and recommend improvements for process standardization and report dissemination. This includes focusing on organizational and departmental reports critical to corporate reporting processes.

The service will conduct a series of workshops around governance, licensing, security, visuals, datasets strategy, publishing and sharing, and provide a report of recommendation and a roadmap of actions to perform in order to get the overall governance strategy under control.
