  • Infrastructure ( Hardware /Software Versions, Bandwidth) configurations
  • Current AD state
  • Single sign on Application Dependencies
  • Security & Backup Strategies
  • How Internal & External Users are accessing Active Directory Environment
  • Any Pain areas in Current Infrastructure and Expectation on Azure Infrastructure

Phase 2: Solution Design and Documentation Phase ( 2 Days)
  • Document – Azure AD Architecture and Migration Project Plan
  • Azure AD baseline design. AAD Connect setup for on-premise identity synchronization
  • Provide Azure Estimated Consumption & Other components Estimate
  • Create Azure Subscription

Phase 3 : Setup of Azure Infrastructure ( 4 Days)
  • Configure Two Way Sync to Active Directory using Azure Active Directory Connect
  • Configure AD Policies as needed
  • Setup Conditional Access Policies for baseline and best practices
  • Configure applications to AAD for SSO
  • Setup VPN and Backup Policies ( For AD on IaaS)

Phase 4 : Pilot & Post Migration ( 2 Days)
  • Assisting Client users to connect to Azure AD
  • Provide knowledge transfer on management and reporting of self-service password reset
  • Sign up for Cloud IBN Managed Services ( Optional)
