Why This Transition Matters Now

Since February 16, 2026, Microsoft no longer allows new customers to create Lifecycle Services (LCS) cloud implementation projects for Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Project Operations. Power Platform admin center (PPAC) is now required for these new projects. Existing customers with active Lifecycle Services (LCS) projects retain access, but Microsoft’s direction toward Power Platform admin center (PPAC) is clear.

This engagement covers assessment and planning. Environment provisioning, migration execution, code changes, pipeline implementation, ISV upgrades, and formal security testing are not included.
