Data Platform Assessment - 10 day

It is crucial to ensure the scalability, security and extensibility of data workloads. Data is very much a product. As part of this assessment, we will:​

1. ​Analyse the Data Platform architecture, to ensure governance and security is top notch​ ​

2. Review Azure resource utilisation to ensure you are leveraging the most cost optimal and scalable services for your needs both now and in future​

3. Review any ETL processes including Azure resource suitability, data storage and retention, and associated access to data​

Outputs:​

1. Full architecture review, with architecture designs and recommendations as required in line with Microsoft frameworks and our own industry knowledge of Data Platforms​

2. Detailed security report covering any resource and data vulnerabilities, including access and identity​

3. Data governance review and report, covering policies, storage and retention across resources​

4. Data Resource utilisation analysis and report, with cost optimisation recommendations​

​5. Roadmap of next steps, options and accompanying estimation of work if required
