This 2 week engagement provides an initial implementation of a Power Platform Centre of Excellence strategy and analysis, adjusted based on your requirements. Implementation Key Activities:

• Install base Power Platform Centre of Excellence (CoE) application.
• Analyse current state of customer’s Power Platform tenant and present findings
• Develop recommended Governance framework, data architecture, application rationalisation and program strategy.
• Handover Power Platform CoE application and train Power Platform Admins.

Outcomes:

• Improved Governance and Oversight – Collect information on Power Platform resources, including Apps, Flows, and environments.
• Boosted Adoption and Innovation – The application provides a base for developing a communication and training plan for all users of the organisation.
