During this engagement, we will:

1. Design and Discovery:
We’ll validate, document and prioritise user stories through a series of workshops. Taking these learnings, we’ll create user stories and work with you to prioritise and define requirements.

2. Implementation
We’ll deploy the finished products in your environment and provide you the necessary training to set you up for success.

Depending on your needs, we can complete this engagement over a period of 5 weeks. We’ll work with you to develop a more detailed timeline, including mapping key stakeholders who we will need to engage as part of our project.
