- Enquiry Management: Managing and responding to inquiries and requests.

- Case Management: Tracking and resolving different cases or issues.

- Client Self-Service Portal: Providing clients with a platform to access services themselves.

- Membership and Grant Management: Handling membership and grants with goals, projects, milestones and reporting.

For each license purchased, a specific number of hours is allocated to configure the application according to your organization's needs. Additional hours for configuration can be obtained through separate purchases or as part of an annual support package.
