The DiliTrust Contracts Lifecycle Management (DT-CLM) Connector is a software plug-in for Microsoft Dynamics Client Relationship Management (CRM) that enables seamless integration with DiliTrust CLM. It allows users to initiate contract creation directly from the CRM using client and sales data, streamlining the process without leaving the CRM interface. The Connector collects all necessary contract parameters and sends them to the CLM, which then drafts the contract and returns real-time status updates (e.g., draft, validation, signed) back to the CRM. Users can also attach relevant documents, such as proposals, and trigger validation or electronic signature workflows, enhancing contract lifecycle efficiency and visibility within the sales process.

The Contract Management module (CLM) simplifies the generation of contracts and control over active models and clauses, allows management to be focused through consolidated views of activity and statistics, and streamlines procedures by applying workflows (e.g. approval or signature) predefined by type of contract.
Matter Management offers a collaboration space for the different teams involved so that a homogeneous and complete view of the status of ongoing processes is obtained, including forecasts, expenses, status, documentation, tasks, alerts on relevant dates, etc.
The Entities Management module provides a structure for corporate information, facilitating its consultation and including the relevant documentary support as well as historical evolution. Both the information on capital and shares, appointments and governing bodies and the power of attorney structure will be available to you, both at a general and detailed level, as well as the history of any change that has occurred.
The Data Room module (Secure Document Management) is a secure space for sharing documentation, interactions and comments between teams in charge of particularly sensitive and confidential projects (for example, for M&A, Industrial Property, etc.)
