Instead of building and maintaining separate integrations to each individual carrier, your Dynamics 365 system communicates with a single freight platform (either nShift Ship or Shipmondo). From there, the freight platform handles the booking directly with the selected carrier. This model creates a clear separation of responsibilities: You manage shipments centrally in Dynamics 365, while the technical complexity of communicating with different carriers is handled by the freight platform.
