Cash Desk

The cash desk has an important role in business and financial monitoring of the activities of the company or point of sale. A lot of work is done through the cash desk and for this reason, companies need a function that provides a lot of flexibility and control.

The cash desk module extends the functions of Dynamics 365 Business Central, allowing users to deal with cash transactions in a simple and fast way.

· Opening the cash desk card, defining limits (maximum balance, Limit for cash withdrawal, Limit for cash payment), setting up the posting account, defining the currency

· Opening of the cash desk register on the day

· Posting payment receipt and posting payment from the cash desk

· Closing the cash desk register

· Print the cash desk register

· Print the financial report for the cash desk journal

· Reopening the closed cash desk register and correcting it if there was an error

· Automatic calculation of the initial and final balance on the cash desk

This app supports both the Essential and Premium editions of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
