  • Combine orders: create cumulative shipping/receiving documents by combining orders.
  • Combine shipments/receipts: create cumulative invoicing documents by combining shipments/return receipts.
  • Grouping codes: create any grouping method can meet needs of your shipping and invoicing policies or your customers ones.
  • Shipments/Receipts preview: preview how grouping codes combine shipping/receiving documents before posting.
  • Shipments/Receipts closing: set up a closing method (automatic or manual) to complete shipping/receiving documents not invoiced.
  • Warehouse shipments/receipts creation: use a procedure to create Warehouse Shipments/Receipts in a batch mode.
  • Shipments/Receipts planning: define delivery parameters to simulate and plan your shipments/receipts using our worksheet.

Handling units management:
  • Create handling units: manage item packing with different loading units (pallet, boxes, etc.).
  • Tree-structure: manage a multi-level structure for your units (including either items or loading units).
  • Control over transactions: setup handling units as mandatory assuring that each transaction is created correctly.
  • Process available: handling units supports sales, purchase, transfers and adjustments as well as warehouse and production documents.
  • Log: transactions with handling units are logged in a specific ledger entry table.
  • Reporting: Print handling units content and packing list.
