Aident Print

Now there is an effortless way to enable efficient and cost-effective printing of your company documents.

Aident Print enables direct printing from the cloud to local printers. The solution integrates Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central with PrintNode.com, a cloud printing service. PrintNode allows documents to be printed from any internet-enabled device and offers powerful features for configuring printing processes. With Aident Print, these features can be used directly from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, providing an often more cost-effective alternative to Microsoft Universal Print, which may incur costs depending on the licensing status.

The PrintNode client is installed on a local computer or server and communicates directly with the PrintNode service, acting as a bridge between local resources and the cloud service.

Aident Print connects Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central with the PrintNode.com service. Print jobs, such as reports, are sent to the PrintNode service. From there, they are forwarded to the PrintNode client, which sends the print job to the configured local printer.

With Aident Print, direct printing is flexibly and cost-effectively integrated into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
