Based on a weighted scoring process all ideas can be assessed and a founded selection can be performed. Selected ideas are made concrete using an AI canvas to draft an high level business case and ROI calculation. From the different AI Canvas boards a clear roadmap can be drafted taking into account mutual dependencies of the ideas and translated into an actionable implementation plan. The implementation plan focuses on how the Azure Cloud Platform can leverage your AI solutions and how the different Azure Services contribute to establishing an efficient AI solution environment.
