This Private offer is to Migrate an identified number of current virtual servers to the Azure VMware Solution (AVS) platform.

The migration activities will be carefully managed to ensure they do not negatively impact Customer's services, and maintenance windows and planned shutdowns for offshore platforms will be coordinated to avoid or minimise downtime.

• High Level Readiness - Understanding readiness to deploy the Azure VMware Solution and migrate existing workloads onto the new hosts.

For migration into the cloud, we follow the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework. It provides cloud adoption best practices, documentation, and tools developed through thousands of cloud migrations.
