Frontier Academy

Frontier Academy is a structured enablement programme designed to build organisational capability to identify, design and create business-aligned Copilot agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio. The programme combines awareness sessions, cohort-based training, guided build support and community engagement to support learners in progressing from foundational understanding through to practical agent development.

What you get

Programme discovery and set-up

• Service kick-off (1 hour) with sponsors and stakeholders
• Up to 8 × 30-minute programme alignment calls during mobilisation and delivery

Awareness and recruitment

• Up to 2 large-scale Agent Awareness Sessions (60–90 minutes each) for business users and stakeholders

Cohort delivery (per cohort)

• Agent in a Day: Build Your First Copilot Agent — 4 × 2-hour sessions or one 8-hour workshop combining lecture, demonstration and guided labs
• Advanced Agent Design — up to 4 × 2-hour sessions covering Power Automate extension, multi-agent design, evaluation and lifecycle
• Agent Build Clinics — up to 6 × 60–90 minute facilitated group sessions supporting learners with their own agent builds
• Agent Showcase — 60–90 minute session where selected participants present their agents and outcomes

Community and communications

• Community management and engagement (Microsoft Teams or Viva Engage) throughout the programme
• Communications support across awareness, onboarding, session attendance and showcase promotion

Progress and reporting

• Up to 8 × 30-minute weekly delivery check-ins
• End-of-programme review (1 hour) with participation insight and next-step recommendations
