Sogeti SmartWorkspace: 4 Week Implementation

Create the foundation and baseline using best practices and accelerators to build Factory setup (staffed with our SME’s or a combination of both client and our SME’s) Our Approach is divided into phases for clear vision and fast outcomes.

Phase 1: Discovery Sogeti will draft and develop, in collaboration with Client leadership, a process to discover the existing environment. Outcomes of the discovery phase will be consolidated and showcased as existing landscape details. Requirements capture, Improvement recommendations, Solution approach and strategy, Roadmap for implementation will be planned in the Discovery phase.

Phase 2: Adoption Enterprise-wide SharePoint Online adoption via demos, videos, and training can be used. Phase 3: Factory Setup & Implementation Set Migration & App Factory. Re-design solutions using SharePoint Online Modern UI. Maximum usage of our accelerators for faster development, migration assurance solutions, custom SPFx solutions supporting Microsoft teams apps. Implementation of Roadmap defined during assessment phase.

Phase 4: Governance Model Define Governance model with client architects. Information roadmap [Creation, Approval, Retention, monitoring, Archival, Disposal]. Setting up joint COE’s (with combination of our and client architects for Reviews, Recommendations, Enhancements, New solutions).
