Phase 1:

2. Understand SharePoint On-Premises Environment, Farm Architecture
3. Perform Tool based assessment using customized PowerShell scripts, templates & SMAT Tool (SharePoint Migration Assessment Tool)

Phase 2

1. Application Inventory Analysis to identify critical parameters for Migration such as number of sites, size, usage, number of InfoPath forms, workflows, web parts, customizations, etc.
2. Determine unused data – documents, sites, applications, etc.
3. Logical grouping of sites by department or division
4. Recommend strategic migration approach & migration tools
