Our Microsoft 365 Copilot Readiness Assessment will identify where the client is on their Microsoft 365 & Power Platform maturity journey and what key next steps would look like to ensure they can safely take advantage of Microsoft 365 Copilot.

We offer four levels of engagement:

- Learn & Explore (2-hour session): Introduce clients to Gen AI for the workplace, focusing on potential use cases for their organization.

• Outcome: Identify client questions and presentation of the art of the possible.

- Art of the Possible (2 days): Design thinking workshop focusing on deeper dive of client’s existing workplace environment and Gen AI ambitions.

• Outcome: Identify key priority actions to prepare workplace for Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption.

- Deep dive assessment (4 weeks): A detailed assessment of client’s workplace readiness to take advantage of Generative AI across 3 areas: 1) strategy & business, 2) technology, and 3) Governance & Process.

• Outcome: Strategy for Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption.

- Experience Studio (Ongoing): Innovation as a Service delivered by our advisory, experience design and technical experts, who create the business case, guide development, introduction and adoption of new technology/solutions, ongoing oversight and management of the solution, and insights on value realized.

• Outcome: A governance framework to help clients optimize their investment in Microsoft workplace technology, identify and prioritize their innovation backlog and ensure tools like generative AI are adopted and used impactfully.
