Arreoblue conducts an immersive 2-day workshop on-site, involving diverse stakeholders from the client organisation. Through a series of interactive sessions, the workshop aims to identify and explore the various use cases for data within the client's operations, for example in Microsoft Azure. These use cases are then analysed in relation to the overall business strategy, with a focus on quantifying their potential impact and required effort.

The workshop also covers an assessment of the existing architecture and proposes a high-level target architecture to support the identified use cases. This includes a focus on Microsoft Azure, where we will be able to identify opportunities to make better use of your cloud infrastructure.

Following the workshop, Arreoblue provides clients with a comprehensive report outlining the opportunities for leveraging data, in Microsoft Azure for example, to enhance business operations and drive profitability. This report includes detailed use cases, quantified impact assessments, an understanding of the effort required, and high-level architecture recommendations to enable the successful implementation of the identified use cases.
