Power Apps Envisioning Workshop

During a three-week sprint, the focus will be on initiating governance and deployment activities for Power Apps as part of establishing a center of excellence (COE). The team will engage in early adopter programs, designate executive sponsors (BDM), and identify key stakeholders, technical talent, change agents, and champions to lead the efforts. An envisioning workshop will be conducted to determine the organization's backlog of apps. The sprint will include setting up a multidisciplinary team to define business strategies and key performance indicators aligned with technical and business needs. The aim is to ensure organizational readiness, leadership alignment, and comprehensive planning for the pilot program, including feedback mechanisms and support channels to drive continuous engagement and utilization of the solutions.
