Arinco's Migration Accelerator removes the bottleneck of complex cloud migrations by combining intelligent AI agents, governed orchestration and a proven migration methodology to deliver faster, lower-risk migrations, while embedding capability that compounds across future workloads. The Migration Accelerator uses specialised AI agents built using GitHub Copilot and Model Context Protocol to automate key migration activities. The five-phase process covers Discover, Design, Plan, Migrate, and Validate & Cutover. Deliverables include environment discovery and dependency mapping, Azure architecture design and cost modelling, application code refactoring to Azure SDKs, infrastructure-as-code transformation using Bicep, and deployment validation and readiness checks.
