Arinco AI Governance & Operating Model

Arinco designs pragmatic, implementable governance structures that enable innovation while protecting the enterprise, built around Azure AI Foundry as the central platform for managing, governing and scaling AI initiatives. We define decision rights, funding models, prioritisation processes and risk controls, often establishing or evolving an AI Centre of Excellence or Centre of Innovation underpinned by AI Foundry's model catalogue, prompt management and evaluation capabilities. Our approach ensures AI initiatives are aligned to enterprise data strategy, security standards and responsible AI principles from day one — with AI Foundry providing the operational backbone for model lifecycle governance, usage monitoring and policy enforcement. The four-phase process covers Define Ownership, Design Governance, Establish Operating Model, and Embed Controls. Deliverables include an AI governance framework and control model anchored to Azure AI Foundry, AI operating model and CoE design with Foundry-integrated workflows, role and responsibility definitions, and responsible AI policy alignment leveraging Foundry's built-in content safety and compliance controls.
