This offer is the Assessment component of our AI Acceleration Program. It can be purchased stand‑alone or as the entry step before Transform and Build modules.

Scope and outcomes:

Business and tech discovery: goals, data landscape, current Microsoft footprint (Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure). Prioritized use‑case portfolio with ROI, effort, and risk classification. EU AI Act readiness review with concrete remediation actions and a lightweight governance framework (policies, roles, controls, audit). Target architecture and operating model on Microsoft Data & AI (Copilot/Copilot Studio and Azure services for data, orchestration, MLOps, security). Executive summary and 0–12 month roadmap, plus enablement recommendations. Delivery model: remote‑first workshops, stakeholder interviews, and artifact review; on‑site available in DACH/EU. Prerequisites: Azure tenant/subscription access for discovery; availability of key stakeholders. Next steps: results seamlessly feed into our Transform (governance/process enablement) and Build (implementation of “proven” use cases) modules to realize value quickly and compliantly.
