Digital Wayfinding / 2-Day Assessment

We bring an interactive session for you on wayfinding to discuss process flow and gaps. 

The discussion is exclusively designed for you to work on the gaps and uncover business questions that can be supported by Azure artificial intelligence. The output is a value-feasibility matrix and a first hands-on Machine Learning with Azure & AI experience.

• Day 1:
• Introduction 1 hr - What is Machine Learning? Azure cognitive services, AI and Azure Analytics fundamentals?
• First Ideation Session 3 hrs - Discover new trends, needs, customer behaviour, and how to monetise digital wayfinding.
• Second Assessment Session 3 hrs - Exploring the infrastructure, scope of work, potential areas and recurring challenges on the floor.
• Day 2:
• First Half Session 3 hrs: Categorisation of business problems, GAP analysis and impact on revenues. 
• Second Half Session 3 hrs: SWOT analysis for the challenges, classification and importance for business process management
• Closing hour for strategic planning or timeline if you are ready to take the next step.
