Hamilton Core is a Software as a Service delivered Financial Data Quality and Financial Publication Management tool. It facilitates the mapping of financials and performance data between systems and locations - e.g. mapping Actual expenditure from a State Agency to the central Treasury Chart of Accounts, with full audit and accountability of mappings made. In addition, once data is mapped and verified - it provides tools to allow your team to consolidate that data into templates for publication, and shepherd those publication deliverables through a defined workflow to final publication approval.

Our Financial Data Quality Management tool, unlike others which require experienced accountants and consultants to manually add and edit mappings, Hamilton Core uses Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence to greatly reduce the workload on administrators of mappings, and a distributed learning model to put the decision making on mappings in the hands of the personnel who are in the best position to help the system learn.

The end result is quality data management, fully cloud hosted, between any two data end points, at a fraction of the cost and with a larger degree of accuracy than any other tool presently available.
