Service Delivery:

• Full solution design and deployment.
• Create a new Entra ID tenant (if required).
• Create all required users within the Entra ID and assign the required subscription, mail settings, and access policies as defined in the client onboarding process. 
• Update the DNS settings to correctly support Microsoft 365.
• (If required) configure AD sync, to allow synchronisation between local AD and Entra ID).
• Apply mail delivery rules to users and DLs as outlined in the client onboarding process, 
• Apply Microsoft best practice security, anti-virus and policy settings to Microsoft 365 and Azure AD. 
• Provide MFA setup guides to end users. 
• Enable and enforce MFA for users and assist users with MFA setup (authenticator application and enrolment). 
• Enable Microsoft security defaults/appropriate conditional access rules on the Tenant. 
• Confirm that all users can correctly access their subscription via office.com. 
• Confirm all users can correctly send and receive email. 
• Provide nominated staff with access to the Microsoft 365 and Entra ID management portals. 
• Provide training in using the Microsoft 365 and Entra ID management portals.
