• Full solution design and deployment.
• Deploy and configure for all defined users:
  • Enable Teams meeting transcription for the enter organisation. 
  • Apply “Just Enough Access” polices on SharePoint sites. 
• Review SharePoint site configuration for use with Copilot. 
• Microsoft defined best practise polices will be implemented. 
• A maximum of 3 customs polices will be defined and implemented (if requested by the client). 
• Enable Microsoft Purview audit and review. 
• Define and enable a maximum of 6 advanced compliance polices within Microsoft Purview. 
• Enable Copilot for Microsoft 365 for all required users. 
• Confirm all users are able to access user Copilot features within office.com and desktop/device versions of Microsoft Office applications.
