The foundation is a defined project with fixed effort. The service flexes around your usage. We work alongside your makers and IT throughout: monthly governance health checks, agile backlog delivery and structured skills transfer so your team owns the CoE from the first month.

• Foundation (24 hours per month est). Reactive support, monthly governance health check, DLP and policy maintenance, maker query queue, quarterly review.
• Acceleration (48 hours per month est). Everything in Foundation, plus proactive roadmap delivery, maker training sessions, app review service, adoption metrics dashboard.
• Enterprise (72 hours per month est). Everything in Acceleration, plus embedded fusion-development support, citizen developer mentoring, AI and Copilot enablement, dedicated solution architect.
