The engagement delivers four core outputs: • Sovereign Cloud Strategy & Vision defining long term sovereignty objectives and hosting models • Infrastructure Assessment Report outlining current estate readiness and recommended sovereign landing zone patterns • Security Assessment Report reviewing identity, access, network, platform, and operational security controls • Sovereign Cloud Plan, a focused and prioritised roadmap—including a 30 day plan—to move from assessment into execution
