Service Deliverables: Week 1: DISCOVERY
- Discuss the WVD solution on Azure focusing on business needs, solutions & implementation strategy.
- Analyse customer’s environment and establish migration roadmap.
Week 2 & 3: DESIGN & PILOT POC
- Consolidation of results from the assessment phase to deliver a high level blueprint including proposed process flow, checklists, virtual desktops delivery model, user profiles delivery model, architecture reports detailing the recommendations.
- Pilot is developed based on the high level design, followed by a detailed testing process to determine whether the solution meets the customer's requirements.
